MSD were approached by ADR Engineering on behalf of Rome’s Fiumicino - Leonardo da Vinci Airport to devise a comprehensive way finding package, detailing a complete overhaul of all signage and way finding in line with the airport’s expansion plans. These developments are expected to increase the airports capacity from 38 million passengers per year to 55 million by 2018.

Since winning this contract in April, MSD have already completed the first phase; concept and schematic design. The second phase is detailed construction design which will commence once phase one has been approved.
